Independent review handoff — 9 October 2026

Review finished for exactly five BFS items: handset, enclosure, covers, cover-glass and display-panel. Thirteen primary sources independently opened; evidence support, canonical reuse/capability and consumption/hierarchy inspected. No sixth item researched. No live registry, generated page or synced source edit.

Original decisions: R01/R02/R04/R06/R07 approved-as-draft; R03/R05/R08 needed bounded corrections. Corrections confirmed in research-bfs/section02. All eight amended findings and five amended reports are reviewed-as-draft. Zero rejected operations. decisions.json retains original/amended provenance and exact routes/owners; review.md supplies independently checked evidence scope.

Corrections preserve small-batch drying/grade-limited qualitative TVI without weakening quantitative assay; actual-glass optical/reference uncertainty despite advertised FSM profile features; separate dynamic edge damage/four-point bending; RGB FMM patterns/installed alignment without equating reticle apparatus to finished metal masks. Existing molding film-line requirement and unselected mask-making candidate remain explicit.

The two glass identities are defensible draft capability requests versus inspected microscope/length/joint/barrier/wheel functions. Neither is inserted, made or qualified. Owner may justify extension instead. Electrical/metrology owns measurement/reference/host duties; mechanical owns glass/fixture physical tooling; facilities owns chemical environment and display allocation.

Open owner work:

• Coordinator: quantitative target/interface and module stock/consumer allocation, loading/X-ray/battery-protection placement.
• Mechanical/radio: enclosure stock/alloy/geometry, job stock/chip control and conditional RF interfaces; covers grade/conditioning/mold/thermal/attachment duty; phone seals and physical glass/bath duties.
• Facilities/display: substrate/FPC state ledger, compatible encapsulation, installed deposition masks/carriers, operation stock, clean transfer and barrier tests. Lid/frit/laser and TFE remain separate alternatives.
• Electrical/metrology: independent glass stress/depth/profile and force/velocity/geometry references, panel spectral/luminance/thickness/barrier acceptance, earlier physical host/loading/power.

Reviewer discovery-feedback.md records independently supported recurring categories with exact examples, owners, lightweight prompt checks and uncertainty. Researcher feedback classifications independently inspected and approved-as-draft. Discovery need not become full literature research per node; preserve conditional functions/unknowns, canonical reuse, known reachability and atomic gate requirements.
